We advise against using Google Chrome or Safari when launching the meeting. Users have experienced audio and video issues. Try Firefox instead.
Everyone must run quick test prior to joining the meeting:
It will diagnose any potential problems with joining the meeting.
Also make sure SKYPE is completely closed and that your webcam and microphone are not in use by any other program or application.
Otherwise SKYPE will prevent attendees from using their microphone in Adobe Connect.
