The conference is managed by volunteers and some costs are subsidized by sponsors. But we recover our  expenses through modest registration fees.

Deadline: ONLINE PARTICIPANTS –BY JUNE 2nd you must pay the Conference Registration dues or your Paper might be removed.

Participation in this conference is by invitation only. You should have been notified by now if your paper/abstract has been accepted.

Invited authors of accepted papers attending onsite will be charged $125 on June 4th.  This includes registration costs and proceedings and lunch.

Virtual presentation costs are lower.  US-based authors presenting virtually will be charged $100.  All international virtual presenters will pay $50.
